If not, impeachment is a stupid waste of time.

While it would useless as Biden wouldn't be removed from office it wouldn't be meaningless as it would about the strongest rebuke of what Biden the GOP could issue and it would force all of Congress and the Senate to take a stand on Biden
That said even that won't happen precisely because it would require all of Congress and the Senate to take a stand on Biden and there are a lot of GOPe that would be terrified of such a thing
The GOPe will hide behind the "we're taking the high road" or other such bs they've always used to hide their cowardice and/or their outright approval of Biden
If I had my way I'd have Congress not pass any temporary appropriations measures and completely defund the FBI, IRS, Secret Service and every other Agency I didn't like and make them come beg for money

GOP doesn't control the media- any attempt at this point is suicide. If they can get enough material that a few Dems smell blood, then it might happen, but likely not
