Why Can't People Understand A SPECIAL District Can Not Be Created To Help A RACE!!

Congressional Black Caucus is pushing companies to oppose the GOP redistricting push. The group sent a letter to more than 250 companies — many of whom have publicly expressed support for racial justice and voting rights — urging them to speak out. Yet what they are not saying is the only reason they were elected is due to the fact a district had to be designed to make sure they got elected.
Shouldn't a politician be elected based upon credentials and brilliant ideology? How can a country prosper if it is forced to be led by skin color?
