When Dems take over Texas, they’ll be broke.

California is in leftist self-destruct mode. It's just not finished yet.

Take out the military industrial complex and commie-fornia's economy tanks to depression levels in a year.

Greasy Gavin has just about run the once beautiful and prosperous state in the Union into the ground.

Between the ill-librals and the illegals, California is nearing collapse.

And that’s the attitude that continues to bleed California. They’ve lost a trillion in wealth in the past year.

If that’s the case, then why are housing prices still rising in all three of their big cities? If a state is losing population, then wouldn’t you expect their housing prices to go down? That hasn’t been the case for California.

They have the most homeless people in the country.

Nice trade off.

Correct. Maybe Gavin Newscum to supplement with additional costs not mentioned.

Elon says Hi. Not sure if you can get much higher than that in both categories.

This is a laughable argument devoid of the economic reality in California. If you don’t understand that then it’s a fruitless endeavor to explain how government in CA has destroyed affordability in housing.

Sounds like you don’t understand the politics behind California.

San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego all have geographic obstacles that make it difficult for them to have housing supplies that keep up with the demand. The demand is still there. If people weren’t willing to pay $1,000,000 for a 1,500 square foot house, then the average housing price wouldn’t be that high.

Get worse every day. Money is relocating out of CA in record numbers to places such as Texas.
