Democrats believe no one lies or games the system. They believe everyone receiving those benefits deserves them and taking them away from anyone, even those ineligible, is “racist.”

bullshite. You claimed benefits were being removed from “Americans” just because Trump and Republicans are meanies (aka racist)

According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, millions of legally eligible people will lose Medicaid and SNAP if this bill passes. These aren’t scammers. They’re seniors, low-income workers, and parents who already jump through hoops to get benefits.

You left out the part that it's illegals being removed from both but that would ruin your propaganda agenda wouldn't it.
Eggzactly.

Can you acknowledge that there is difference between working during summers and part-time during the school year while living with your family and having to fully support yourself as a teenager?
Could I have done it? Yep. You know why? It’s been done by successful people before. One of my mantras in life that I tell myself and people who don’t believe is “someone has done it before and they themselves were only human”.
Hell.. Steve Jobs was an orphan. Did he have it easy? What did he do?

There is nothing wrong with any of that language: you have to prove eligibility and if you are capable of working, you have to work. The horror!!!!!!

Did you have earn enough money to support yourself entirely while attending high school?
I will never understand why people here refuse to give poor people credit for anything. It's impressive that an 18 year old was able to fully support himself, work his way up to manager and is still committed to getting his GED so he can better himself. Instead of acknowledging that, you're like "So what? I worked 6 hours a week and got a scholarship."
Poor people credit? Credit for what? Nobody gives shite.. What we care about is how our tax money is spent, what we are doing to better OURSELVES, and our government is tending to foreign affairs that may or may not affect us. Do you really think I give a shite whether some high school kid has to work at a fast food restaurant? Student loans are given to anyone with a pulse and our public school system is a fricking cakewalk now. Jobs are a plentiful, especially trade jobs, anyone and I mean anyone can survive that has a fricking brain and any work ethic. Stop bleeding all over the place. The shite you posted from the bill is fricking perfect, thanks for posting and I hope the shite passes.
Oh, and I'm sick of hearing about the "old" people who don't have anything. They should have planned better, and had they lived pre-depression they wouldn't anything at all.
STOP WHINING

What claims, specifically? Medicaid fraud is a problem, but if I recall correctly, it's the providers committing the fraud, not the enrollees.
Oh you sweet summer child..
Just to start…
quote:
Why Did We Have $1.1 Trillion of Federal Medicaid Improper Payments?
The main reason improper payment rates in Medicaid are so high is because states fail to ensure that eligibility is properly verified prior to enrollment. The root cause: bad incentives facing states due to the open-ended federal reimbursement of state Medicaid expenditures. If states were to reduce $1,000,000 of improper expenditures, they would need to return most of that to the federal government. The basic bad incentives in the program are amplified by the terms of the Medicaid expansion in the Affordable Care Act (ACA). As a result of the ACA, the federal government reimburses a much higher percentage of state costs for providing Medicaid to able-bodied, working-age, generally childless adults than for traditional enrollees, such as low-income children, pregnant women, seniors, and the disabled.

You're calling these things sacrifices but also calling them easy. The very nature of a sacrifice is that it is not easy.
A sacrifice is something you give up in exchange for something you believe is better. That’s an easy decision for every person who wanted to pursue a better life for themselves. It’s primarily why most humans no longer lives in cave.
Of course there are some people who need to be nudged to make healthier choices.

One of my coworkers is always talking about this. Every piece of evidence I send him disproving it is “fake news”.
I had to stop chatting politics with him because every exchange evolved like this: I back him into a corner with calm facts and logical argument until he just starts calling me and my family racist.
