First, he's not "my hero." I've never said one positive thing about Cuomo.

The NY Attorney General just did an investigation into the numbers. They found that the number of deaths that Nursing homes reported directly to them (AG's office) was far higher than what was being shown by the NY DOH.

Then, Cuomo and his office admitted to it.

Guys....all I'm saying is why this is such a big news story right now. The AG just announced their preliminary findings, made a public accusation against the Gov, and the Gov admitted to the coverup.

Jesus Christ....I haven't said anything about what "should" be the scandal. I never said I approved of what he did with the nursing homes. I actually said the opposite - that people should be pissed off about the original policy itself.

Incorrect. I asked for links regarding Cuomo undercounting the nursing home deaths. The NY AG just announced findings related to her investigation. Right after that, the state website numbers were updated, then Cuomo admitted to it.

I'm not moving any goalposts at all. I'm simply explaining why this is news.

I agree with y'all that the original policy regarding nursing homes SHOULD be the real investigation/story. It sounds like the NY AG is also looking into that, thankfully.
