The correct answer is they listened to this guy... who was right then and his words are no less true today.

Everyone worries about China but at least we have a strange symbiosis relationship with them. Russia is the only country in the world that absolutely hates us, has little if any need for us, and can destroy our entire way of life on any random day that ends in Y if they choose to.

What a terrible way to start a thread.

No way to start a reasonable conversation from an unraveling mind…

We’re broke. There is no cheap when you have no money.

These are the same folks that were taught that hiding under a desk at school could lessen the impact of an atomic bomb.

Which is still good advice. If you’re in the light or moderate damage zone, the odds of survival increase, even better if you take cover. This advice was conceived after American researchers went to Japan and studied the effects on the population in different blast zones.

I find it’s more progressives/dems concerned with Ukraine than any particular age group.

Then, all the politicians regardless of party.

And finally, all the idiots that still listen to Hanity and call into his radio show. Although, he has been questioning sending more money.

Wouldn't it be lovely if Europe actually shared those fears? Excluding loans, all of Europe, in total, has given Ukraine about 1/5th what the US has. That gives a sense as to how much concern they have about the idiotic premise of Russia invading Poland.
