The brief accused Dr. Swaminathan of committing a fault by using her position as a health authority to serve the special interests of the lucrative vaccine industry.
Indian Bar Association
The Indian Bar Association has taken the first step in initiating legal action against an official for COVID related guidance failures. The legal notice calls for a clear response from Swaminathan on a number of key points r/t Ivermectin.
The Bar Association said that in the case of a failure to provide a clear response, it reserves the right to initiate prosecution under sections of the Indian Penal Code and Disaster Management Act, 2005.

The notice also added that the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) refused to accept Swaminathan's claims and retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under 'May Do' category...
for Covid-19 patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation.

Good - any doctor who knowingly goes against the science to serve special interests groups should be jailed.
They are taking advantage of their position and power to make money and hurt innocent people.
It’s the equivalent of a policeman shooting anyone in their way “in the name of the law”

India was getting a ton better when they were using Ivermectin. Then that was stopped to use the vaccines and deaths shot up like a rocket.
You'd think India would just get healthier in general from using Ivermectin with their super unsanitary conditions and slight worship of cow poop.

OMG! ivermectrin can't possibly work to help cure Covid. Its way too cheap and readily available everywhere. So that makes it useless.
