Right now give me DeSantis

I think Pence would lose in epic fashion in 2024

I’m not sure Pence has the strength and endurance to take in the abuse. I love the man, but the level harassment he’d be taking on is too draining. It may have to be Jr and I’m fine with that. Daddy Trump has 4 more years to groom him.

Rand is too wish washy for me.

I’d rather see Cruz on the SCOTUS for the next 30 or so years.

Don’t trust this guy one bit

Not that I “trust” any politician but he seems like Romney in that he forms his policy based on the whims of the mob

Pence is a decent man but I don't think he can win. Cruz will have to decide that he no longer wants to be a senator because he is up for re-election in 2024. If he runs he likely will give up his seat (it was not easy last time). I don't think Don Jr can parlay his name and lack of political office into a victory in the same manner as dad did. So I'm looking to other younger Republicans either from the governors ranks or young senators. So off the top of my head there are governors DeSantis from Florida (already mentioned), Abbott from Texas and Ducey from Arizona. We will need to carry Arizona in the future as Arizona seems to be shedding Republican senators. For senators Tom Cotton from the great state of Arkansas and Josh Hawley from Missouri. On the house side it looks like Dan Crenshaw has the moxie to lay it out there and fight.
