Biden pre-dementia was smarter than most of us give him credit for. He sucked from the taxpayer teat, taking advantage of his positions to enrich his family while remaining out of jail. Yes he’s said some dumb shite - hairy legs and roaches, corn pop (actually that was a hell of a speech lol), lying about his grades, telling Jill to fire two shotgun blasts… and molested his daughter but that doesn’t make him dumb, but just plain psychopath and evil.
Shiela Jackson Lee, Hank Johnson, and Mazie Hirono, and Mad Maxine are the dumbest high profile ones I can think of.

Pedo Biden got an F in ROTC.
Pedo Biden finished 76 out of 85 students at Syracuse Law School.
Pedo Biden is the first Democrat 'President' since 1984 that doesn't have an Ivy League Degree.
Joe Biden is stupid. Really stupid.
And so are his supporters.
