Oh man, that’s a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma, to the Nth degree. They’re all basically maxed out dumb, so we’re talking the difference from one to another being beyond minute. I’d bet space aliens would even have a tough time with that.
I can tell you this, fwiw, and perhaps you could follow up with this one, the identity of the smarterest politician, but I like to see “on the left” added. My answer used to would be Barack Obama. After all, even the current President of the United States was taken aback at such an articulate and presentable black fella. First one in history. But back to the subject at hand, I now come off that and switched him to, as with all the others, way, way too arrogant to make smart decisions.
