It's the Republicans who pretend to be on our side and fight for us, and if you just give them money they will stop the "radical left". In reality they are just gate keepers for the Democrats. They are there to block our access, and keep us from getting out of hand. 95%+ of them care more about Ukraine's border than our border. They talk a big game about stopping Bidens agenda, but then when it's time to fund it they all get in line.

This is probably true. You have regular people refusing to speak to their own family members over some political argument on Facebook, but when it comes to issues like Covid restrictions and Ukraine, it seems a lot of the politicians are more alike than different. Lifestyle-wise, the R and D politicians (except the extreme fringe) are more like each other than they are like average Americans. Generally speaking, anyway. ETA the left is obviously worse.
