So is a multi faceted plan.
First, increase the violence by letting all the criminals out.
Second decrease the ability of Americans for self defense. You can't shoot anyone anymore who is trying to rob you.
Third the population being overrun by criminals with no ability to defend themselves will run to the government for help.

Because they're radical democrat activist, that's why. They kill babies and they support killing white conservatives. My understanding is that folks in Waukesha, Wisconsin tend to lean conservative.
But I suspect if we drill deep into this bail raising scheme, most likely, you'll find George Soros and Kamalia Harris mixed up in this.
