So they didn’t come to the aid of our soldiers because it would upset the people that have wanted their existence to end since the dawn of time. Gotcha. Makes perfect sense.
Yeah, things like that just happen in seemingly strange ways sometimes, it’s just the way it is. Have you ever wondered why the United States wasn’t fighting shoulder to shoulder with Great Britain in the Argentine conflict/war?? I guess there are just things in play and at work sometimes that you might have to give a little extra thought to in order to understand it.
And yeah, so perhaps the war(s) in which we’re talking about, perhaps those particular stages in history weren’t the ideal time or situation in which to go ahead and unleash an all out existential war in the Middle East, a war that would likely involve other countries falling in like dominos, whereas they might not have fallen into a war situation had it not been for Israel’s involvement in the underlying war(s) involving U.S. led coalitions.
You can flippantly dismiss this if you want, that’s your “right,” but if you care to look into it a little further, to consider all the nuances of what I’m talking about, it will require just a tad bit of time and effort. Not too much, but more than seems to have been willing thus far, from my observations.

You mean the war that last 74 days?
I can’t believe that there are people that defend these people for not coming to our aid once.
Tell me about the uss liberty.
Tell me why it is that they spit on Christians.

Curious why you have this one in the list? They have been left of left lately...were the most crazy when it came to Covid...and hate Trump with a passion.
Internal and foreign policy are two different things, for the past 100 years if the United States has entered war, Australia fought with us.
Australia has fought along side the United States in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.

So the U.S. somehow knew that the war would last only 74 days before it began, and told G.B. “Look guys, we already know this war is only going to last 74 days, so we don’t really see the point in joining together with our old ally on this one.”
You’re just so dead set on an already set-in-stone dismal view of Israel that you’re willing to go to any lengths to stay the course on that, even if it means bending over backwards to ignore the obvious, and also a willingness to make arguments that you yourself may well laugh off if you had a clear mind on the matter.

Replace with Italy, Hungary & Poland.
I bet many of the people of Australia, but certainly not the government in its current state.

They didn’t know it would last 74 days. But the war was never in doubt. They lost 255 people total for that war. America lost over 7000 people. Over 55000 people wounded in action. And it lasted over 20 years. Not once did they offer aid. And yet you still bend over backwards to defend them. Unbelievable.
