People associate "white nationalism" with white supremacy.
IMO white nationalism has no valid place in the USA. There's a much better argument for ethno-nationalism in Europe and the rest of the world. Even in Europe, "white" nationalism doesn't make sense, since "white" is not an ethnicity or culture.

Personally I'm thankful to be white but it's not something I'm proud of like my degree, job title, net worth etc

Interesting that people can be proud of more than one thing? You must be a dullard.
I'm proud that my family (mother's side) arrived here in 1625. Father's side in the mid-1700s.
Proud that in that 392 years we have always been good and decent citizens who pulled our own weight.
Proud that angry White men were the backbone and intelligence that dreamed of, formed, and built this nation.
Now, as far as personal accomplishments I have many that I am proud of as well.
I find it strange the things you are so proud of are all related to status. I'm proud of those things too, but they're not first in my life.
