I never said this.
You said people shouldn't need to catalogue instances in order to see trends.
While true, it assumes all people will notice all trends.
Just because you pay attention to race in commercials doesn't mean everyone else does. There are some people that do not. For those people, cataloging many instances might make them aware of the trend and allow them to spot it in the future.

Watching commercials in foreign countries is insane, they don't do any woke shite, they are straight up trying to sell shite, zero social anything. They have no problem showing the black guy breaking into a house to sell a security system. They no problem showing the woman as the hysterical one and the man solving the problem if you buy this product. Mexico, Germany, Middle East, Asian countries. Even Canada has less woke commercials.

Sure, there are people who refuse to see, but there are also people who are so wrapped up in their own lives that they're not paying attention to these sorts of things. WIthout me saying something, my wife wouldn't be aware of these trend in commercials. Hell, she didn't know who Daniel Penny was or what he was involved in.
