That is what over 77 million people voted for. The majority of American citizens in this country want to see that. Probably the #1 issue he ran on.
Promises made, promises kept. Transparency is what this country needs.

Transparency in government is awful.
Relocating illegals on secret flights in the dead of night is much more admirable.

Its fascinating that all of those who claim to be centrist on this board magically praise the left and criticize the right.
Not at all. Put the same people on a left wing board and they would be criticizing the left. The reason is that this board is an echo chamber, in which some of the most astonishing right wing bullshite gets accepted and promulgated. So a strongly right wing guy, like SFP, gets branded a leftist.
I get called a left wing cuck on here all the time. I’ve never voted for a Democrat in my life in a state or national election, I’ve voted for Trump all three times, donated tens of thousands of dollars to him, and had cardboard cutouts of him and Vance in my living room on election night.
When I’m in Matthew Yglesias’ comments section I’m constantly being called a right wing conspiracist.

"Na na na hey hey goodbye" really is a bit childish by whatever teenagers are running the WH X account.
Better choices: "Get Back" by the Beatles or "Hit The Road Jack" by Ray Charles.

As if the Left had not already opened that Pandora’s box long ago with their setting this whole open border nonsense up, their divisive race baiting, their claims and hyperbole about “fascism” for anything that ran counter to progressive dogma.
Get out of here with that nonsense that everything was kind, cordial and hunky dory before DJT.

SFP is a centrist. The tactic of calling the actual right wing "far right" is meant to invoke emotional responses that they are extreme. You cannot be considered right wing if you do not believe in social conservatism

What is social conservatism? I mean what is your litmus test? Against abortion? Against trannies in girls’ sports? Against trannies in general? Against gay marriage?
I believe the litmus test for being right wing is being in favor of small government. Everything else is different flavors. And I think SFP is in favor of small government?

Thats a fair question. Just going off preference for Small/Big Gov is effectively one issue voting. One issue voters who support the majority of "other" issues that are not conservative does not make them a conservative, it makes them a centrist.
For social conservatism, I would personally set the litmus bar to calling yourself a soft R Republican at a minimum of being against DEI and trannies, and pro 2A. Those are issues the entire base of the party (with ~80m voters) have a consensus on. Abortion is on the fence for me as a litmus item, while I disagree with it I would accept there is an argument if rooted in the Case of the Famous Violinist. I consider that more on the spectrum of childish libertarianism.
The Overton Window has shifted, the GOP today is a paleoconservative party. Its just ridiculous to have people claim they are "right wing" or a "Republican" and then spend all of their time fighting the conservative party (i.e. the dunces in the Lincoln Project)

I agree with your post. The one exception I take is your charge that small government is a single issue. While it obviously is, it is nothing like being a single issue voter for abortion or the 2nd amendment. Small government is a gigantic issue that is far more important than a bushel of things like abortion.
