In the context of the discussion and the exchanges that came before it, that was, very clearly, in fact, you calling it lying. That is the real question, I agree with you. Some people realize the Govt. Is constantly posting inaccurate things. It’s a lot of work for the people to have to dig into to see what’s actually true.
Does it matter if it’s trivial? Are they testing the population or conditioning the population? Why troll obviously simple things? Is it to prove that facts don’t matter?
