This entire investigation is an absolute and utter joke. Rather than face the facts of a horrible candidacy and campaign, a rear guard action attempts to hinder the Presidency of Donald J Trump. I cannot stand the guy and I can see it clear as day. Just pathetic.
The investigation started because intelligence sources started seeing what appeared to be attempts by Russia to infiltrate Trump's campaign and a few campaign members doing shady stuff. Probably started with Manafort and Papadopolis. The probably had an eye on Flynn for a while before that.

The main purpose was to shield Trump's campaign by weeding out Russian agents. It has shifted since then.

I am not blaming anyone. Not the way I roll. I can see stupidity from a mile away. And there it is in living color. A bunch of faux angst over nothing.

And don't kid yourself about the SC. Who actually serves on the staff of the SC is the important factor. This entire system needs to be burned to the ground. An absolute embarrassment to our Republic.

Lying to the press. Failing to disclose foreign contacts. Lying to Congress. Lying to the FBI.

Lying to the press.....last time I checked, that was not against the law....depending on your interpretation of things, they do it to us.

Failing to disclose foreign contacts......not a "crime" that involves time, its a FARA violation that usually is a slap on the wrist, minimal fine and an admonishment to file

Lying to Congress - technically a crime, but people do it all the time

Lying to the FBI- don't know why he did that, nothing he or (allegedly) Kushner did post election could in anyway really be considered as illegal. At the very least, they are allowed to set the ground rules with foreign governments going forward during the transition

It'll keep shifting until they unearth even the most minute details of Trumps life, finally nailing him with the most serious crime of failure to pay a parking ticket from December of 1984.

Lying in all those arenas can be considered circumstantial evidence, can they not? To establish consciousness of guilt in a conspiracy case, for example?

We get so much of the American side in our press but the Brits have done a nice job on the Russian side.

Merry Christmas, baw.

Well I'd say the Republic has survived way bigger embarrassments, if that's how you feel. Everything will be fine.

LOL. Flynn knows the President’s “loyalty pledge” is a one way street. Of course he is.

So, some guy read a book and convicted Trump in the Senate for it?

I’ll take it anyway. I’m low on toilet paper.

McGahn believed that Flynn, and possibly anyone who authorized or approved of such contacts, would be in potential violation of the Logan Act, according to two of the sources, both of whom work in the administration.
Oh my goodness, the same Logan Act that no one has ever been prosecuted for!

They've definitely got him now!
