Asian and other immigrant success has always been used a way to almost justify the mistreatment of native born blacks. Even though their circumstances are largely incomparable (but there are some shared experiences within this umbrella)

There's no excuse to be poor in this country if you not mentally challenged. Free school and public college available to anybody with half a brain. If you are poor you can get grants to help pay for it. If college isn't your thing there are trade schools. If trade schools aren't for you there is work in factories and plants for anybody that can pass a basic safety course. There are too many opportunities in this country for people to complain about breaking the cycle.
