3. Graduate Highschool
4. After high school, go to college, learn a trade, or join the military
5. Don't commit crime.

We get their best of the best -- you can argue that they'd be successful in any environment. This goes for all our immigrant groups. this distorts our perception of "success." I know damn well there are billions of asians in Asia living in abject poverty and shiftlessness.
Also, while they are one of the most succesful groups, they unfortunately hold little to no political capital or executive power in this country. For all the wealth they have, why is there seemingly very little board membership and executive roles held by Asians?
