Probably was always too late. Virus is still pretty much raging around the world and will just mutate forever.
Nothing will stop it. I am happy to be vaccinated because I think it increaseD (past tense) my already great chance of survival, but this is probably not going to do as much good as the proponents think it will.

If this was really about covid why are the borders wide open? Why do they not care if you have natural antibodies? Why aren't they making the vaccine a condition for welfare benefits or maybe even the right to vote?
You can think that the vaccine does/did some good or you can think that it's dangerous and not sufficiently tested, but if you don't understand that these power plays are about politics and not public health you're dumb as shite.

Notwithstanding my OP, I do notice today that the 7 day moving average of daily cases nationally has rolled over.
