Iranian oil sales?

Strait of Hormuz tolls?

Unfrozen bank accounts?

The good old US taxpayer?

Other countries in the ME. They want others to invest in Iran to create unity in the region as business partners.

Pretty smart, actually.

One could make an argument that this being a crux of the agreement it is basically the US taxpayer paying the world’s toll for the Strait of Hormuz by unfreezing accounts in addition to lifting sanctions on Iranian oil.

Every war the U.S. enters, we always go back and rebuild the country we blew up....that's crazy.

The better question is who will control the slush fund and will there be public accountability for insider transfers.

Just remember... the price tag for all of Louisiana's Coastal Restoration projects in the Master Plan:

$50 billion.

That gives you an idea of the scale of this money that we are just sending straight into a wood chipper.

Provided of course this is a true number... I still don't trust anything I'm hearing yet about this"deal."

Historically that's only applied after an unconditional surrender. We didn't do it in Vietnam, nor did we do it in Korea or after the first Gulf War.

Only within the last 20;years have we rebuilt after an ambiguous ending.
