My guess? Mandalay Bay probably prohibits firearms. Law abiding citizens (especially those with CCPs) would obey that.

eh, there are a million other things you could have used to make the OP look out of touch... but the gunman at the church was stopped by a self inflicted bullet wound, the usher with the gun was useful in keeping him there once he had shot himself.
