In principle he’s right but none of us know the facts that played out at trial.
I have seen trials to every which way and you never know until you’re there.
The 11 other jurors might be on to something (based on what they saw) and this guy is the fool.

So you're admitting the Statue of this juror will either be of a Hero or a Racist. Heck, I think The HOLDOUT JUROR statue should stand tall on courthouse lawns all over the country.

The way I see it... If you think it's ok for a woman to murder her children, then you don't have any right to protest me and my guns.

If drug induced, with prescriber knowing the murder of your own children might occur if drug is taken by prescribed patient, is prescriber at fault?

She spent 8 years SANE then suddenly wasn't? Too bad dipshit, she had ample time and opportunity to remove the kids if she felt unstable, and she even admitted to her husband the kids weren't safe with her but she still kept them with her. On the surface I would agree with you. But we know for a fact that she choked her children to death and is not even denying it. So in this case you are wrong.
