That's a hell of a lot of money for one city. The state is pouring 5 BILLION in there this year. Right NOW. Surely there should be some evidence of where that money was spent in the blighted areas. Want to bet there isn't?
With that much money, those neighborhoods should show SOME improvement. At least a few dumpsters for the garbage, but no. King Elijah and his local buds know where it went, I assure you. Not to those that needed it.

2 or 3 million would be paid out on a project that had less than 1% of that work actually done.
And Ben Carson should step back, because HUD was the prime source of the funding for a lot of those bogus contracts.
