I think your open ended question.
Only answer is:
There is nothing we can do.
Also as I watched some of the hearing last night. I was in such shock when I heard Cheney say 'Trump committed seditious conspiracy,' as if she is judge and jury.
It didn't occur to me that they could already have a sealed grand Jury for Trump. They did Navarro and some are saying Meadows and Scavino were next-- then they announced they wouldn't be charged.
Were Meadows & Scavino questioned by the FBI and they got shook up and offered immunity for a certain statement? Most likely not.
But WSJ took great delight posting an article that AG Garland was watching the committee.
I said it on here last night. They will charge Trump. You could tell by the tone.
They are not playing this time. And I don't think they will just warn him and tell him to never run for office for anything again.
They will FBI arrest him with a high bond because he is wealthy. Even with a team of lawyers-they don't care they have cabinet officials and aides under Judge Cheney's oath.
The DOJ and this unlawful committee are in kahootz.
Enrique who was just arrested and charged with seditious conspiracy is a card carrying FBI informant. So they are ginning up the seditious conspiracy charges to then apply to Trump.

UPDATE: The case will be overseeing by Judge Amit Mehta, who is also overseeing two other crucial Jan. 6 cases: The Oath Keepers seditious conspiracy trial, and the civil litigation against Trump.

If Trump is criminally charged, people will die. Trying to prevent him from running for office by bringing a bogus charge stemming from a kangaroo committee (all to protect "democracy" mind you) will unleash a wave of violence in my opinion. I honestly think this is the last straw for many people.

Why are you laughing? Several Proud Boys & Oath Keepers were charged recently for seditious conspiracy.
Also, another large J6th group were charged with seditious conspiracy a few months back in March & earlier.
