Really? So I can walk into an intensive care unit and start shooting people who are on life support?

Yep. They can't be forced to forgo bodily autonomy by the state.

Because Native Americans are savages, it isn't murder.

And what about the fathers financial autonomy? What about the fathers life for the next 18 years?

Why doesn’t his autonomy matter like the mothers?

Are you saying the father should have to suck it up and deal with the unwanted child that is the result of his actions?

Abstinence

Vasectomies

Which of these is being "barred"?

All of them? I said try to bar, you guys aren't as successful as you'd like at preventing evil contraceptives from being available to lustful Americans!

Yes they can. The state can force you to give up hair, blood samples, can incarcerate you, can involuntarily medicate and commit you, etc. The state has power over the body. That is simply wrong. You are completely and utterly incorrect.

The woman does have that right. She has the right to have protected or unprotected sex.

Unless she's raped, or the partner lies about protection, or she's abused, or the contraception fails (as they can do), or she discovers a medical problem after conception that would bring a risk to her, etc.

This is also a lie. Legally, since the 70s, viability is not considered in wether murder is charged in Alabama when it comes to a fetus.

Its rights don't supersede those of the pregnant woman.

When did liberals stop caring about the bodily autonomy of the child?

Stop using this! You proved earlier in this thread you really don't care if the mother was raped or not. You just want mothers to be allowed to kill a baby for convenience.
