These types wake up in the morning already mad at the world. I suspect that they all have low self esteem because they know deep in their hearts that they are total phuk ups which fuels their anger at everything.

Where I was raised in the 80s and 90s, we were still the typical garden hose turnkey generation. We raised ourselves, with outside observation and minimal intervention.
If intervention came, it was swift and harsh.

I had to fight a rooster from the bus stop to the top of a hill only armed with a trash can lid and stick in kindergarten.
Today’s kids would be in therapy and on mood enhancing drugs from the trauma.

Parents ruined this kid. Too many accolades, not enough grit.
There are times in a child’s life when they need to know that you are their biggest cheerleader but there are also times when they need you to tell them they are worthless little twits and without work and struggle they won’t amount to shite. This little dork got 100% of the former and none of the latter . So this is what you get.

Not sure about that, my sons were in little league in the mid 90’s and everyone got a trophy back then. Rush would bring up “soccer moms” in the mid 90’s also, but obviously it stuck around for years.
