This would make sense. Paxton and Republicans campaigns would know this if true, but cannot say it because it would be a very bad look to out a medical breakdown.
It may be why there is suddenly lots of chatter about him not being available and Trump calling for a debate, which Talarico has already negotiated with a news network.
