What's the meat up it? 5 weeks is a heart beat. How far up the scale is a baby the size of my hand? Rape, incest?

Basically the whores are going to have to stop being whores or learn to take birth control or screw guys that wear condoms. You know, responsible adult type stuff.

Unenforceable is what it looks like.

Democrats hate black babies and want to murder them.

From a 2019 USA Today article:
quote:
Just 1% of women obtain an abortion because they became pregnant through rape, and less than 0.5% do so because of incest, according to the Guttmacher Institute. Yet the battle over exceptions for both has garnered outsized attention in the national abortion debate.

Rape, incest?
Proverbs 6:16-17
These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
A proud look, a lying tongue, and HANDS THAT SHED INNOCENT BLOOD,

Read it for yourself instead of relying on other people to tell you what it says.

Neither being the fault of the baby. Why should we execute the innocent?

Yeah because I’m tired of my tax dollars paying for abortions it HAS to be that, right?

Rape is bad, and i feel for men and women that are raped.
But for the less than 1% if abortions. Dont wait six weeks to pee on a stick if you were raped. Prob a good idea to get tested for stds as well.

In essence, the state skirts Roe v Wade because of the enforcement of this thing
Roe v Wade says the state can’t enforce prohibiting abortion
So this allows the citizen to sue for any abortion done after 5 weeks, regardless of if they are a party to it or not
So potentially lawsuits could start flying
However how do you (the one suing) prove the baby was after 5 weeks?
That’s the trouble
Very hard to prove
In reality, the abortion centers are crying wolf...because at the end of the day, they could just ignore this law...the state can’t enforce it
But it leads to lawsuits you say? Well it’s going to anyway
Then the question needs to be asked...could this lead to private citizen enforcement of other laws like guns etc? Hmm, we are not sure...because abortion isn’t in the constitution but guns and free speech are

Heart rate and heart beat are two different things. Learned that from the OB/GYN for my son in 1975.
