So much stupidity. We shouldn't have to show ANYTHING. They are here illegally. We should be able to just remove them immediately.

By your logic, we can't remove illegal alien members of terrorist organizations either. TDA, Hamas, ISIS, theyre all just fine out on the streets near your house because "due process."

Moved to states that allow then to vote, drive, hold jobs, etc, and count them as citizens for purposes of the census. Literally changing everything even right down to the balance of power in Congress.

Because I don't think ice can operate without making mistakes and so when appropriate they should show their work to a judge .lto ensure they are following the law.

Not true. You can 100% be arrested for aiding a terrorist organizations or funding enemies of state or plotting terrorism....

I didn't sat they couldn't be arrested. They don't deserve the luxury of our courts, our jails, our prisons, our court-appointed attorneys, etc.
