I agree with what another poster said, in that he turned LA into a federal government welfare state. However, due to a dishonest media and a populace that just loves being told what to do, I'm afraid a lot of people will always think he was the greatest thing since penicillin.

1st term Jindal was an excellent Gov. Katrina recovery was excellent, worked with Mitch and got New Orleans into the best shape it’s ever been in my lifetime. People forget NOLA was ranked in the top ten Best Places To Do Business circa 2010ish. 2nd term Bobby got convinced he was going to run for President and spent all his time courting support in Washington instead of using his popularity to convene a state constitutional convention to revise some desperately needed language especially with regards to our budget. But muh teachers unions and state pensions. Boo fricking hoo.
JBE has been a disgrace of a governor. Literally nothing has improved during his tenure.
The only way we fix this is people like us have to start getting involved in the LAGOP. Get rid of the RINOs and start getting people that aren’t afraid of the left to stop the nonsense.
