The 4th amendment.
And if they trample over the 4th to trample over the 2nd the real United States no longer exists.
Secession by ~30 states should happen immediately if they do that.
They can keep that cesspool of DC but give us the Declaration and Constitution because it clearly means nothing to them.

Is Biden going to invoke martial law? Otherwise, why would the military be used domestically as a police force?
The Filth does not play by the rules . See 2020 election , COVID lockdowns , for examples . They do what they want and piss on your constitution.

I would

The best thing to do in this case is kill their bosses and their families wherever they might be. Then lets see who really wants to make it to retirement and who doesn't.
And don't go pearl clutching at this. This is what they would be willing to do at every stop on their confiscation tour. We don't have to be prey here.

I would. Because the military has sworn to protect and defend the constitution. Most military get that. Most military would refuse to go door to door in this scenario. Those that would deserve what they would get at my door.
They are openly declaring war on US citizens at that point. Between ignoring the constitution and obeying an unlawful order they are also acting in violation of Posse Comititus.

40 military members roll up in an Arkansas neighborhood to confiscate guns, problem is they are already surrounded by people with guns in a bunker while they stand in the middle of a wide open street.
Genius move on the op’s part. You’d make a good President with the way you like to get people killed.

They wouldn't do it kinetically, they would slowly strip your rights and ability to legally have possession, purchase supplies and make it financially impossible to as many as possible (taxes etc.).
Which is what they are working towards right now on many levels.

Doing so would be the catalyst that would bring the entire country down.

They won't be coming for the guns... I am looking for them to come for the ammunition...
Posted on 5/25/22 at 7:52 am to burke985
And that's the reason we shouldn't have a "gun registry"

We would not be having this conversation if the freakazoids who shot up and killed innocent people at Columbine had occurred. Then we have the two recent losers in Buffalo and Uvalde.
Please remember that Sergeants run the US Army. They will refuse an illegal order . OTOH the logistics of this operation would be a nightmare. The Navy or the AirForce won't be coming to take our firearms. It would be the US Army, and the Sergeants won't allow it.
The Sergeant's won't allow it.
On another note, are you aware of how many battles that have taken place on US soil prior to 1860? We have a violent history and we can do it again (based on our history).
The real question here is how do we 'out' these young males that want to shoot up large amounts innocent people for some twisted reason. They have to be identified before they take action.

If this theoretical that won't happen actually did happen, they will bring in units largely composed of people from a different region than they one they are deployed to and tell them that there are guerilla units in the area killing innocent kids or something and that they have to take the guns but will give them back eventually. Just really make the locals out to be villains.
Its what they did to bust up unions back in the day. Locals won't beat up their own.

darpa robots could follow orders
they could be controlled from remote locations
they care not for the constitution
but it would take a couple years, and
you'd need a lot of computer chips to build them
that would possibly create a world wide chip shortage,
and supply chain to be hijacked for the parts
remember when GM suddenly changed their production from cars to respirators? not hard to change production lines to other products
but that won't happen
right????

If you shoot an intruder, even if it's pure self defense,
Then I would suggest you dig a hole and bury said intruder and go back to bed.

You shoot them.
Its like anything else. Enough death and the government is forced to take action.
This is what the IRA in Ireland believed. And they lasted long enough despite crackdowns to finally disarm themselves peacefully.
The one enemy the US military cannot defeat is an insurgency. And they know it.
But in a door to door situation America as we know it is dead and anything goes. And in such a situation you're better off being invisible and making things that go boom and going down guns blazing should be a last resort.
