Texas started "phase 2" reopening yesterday with spas and gyms. Itll continue until may 31st with I think child care being last. I imagine if everything is going well, which I expect, phase 3 will start then.

One of the Democrat lead states.

Wait, we are talking about after the November elections, right?

Gov Meemaw said we could go outside, but we have to stay where she can see us.

scott harris is still having a say in how she reopens everything she only amended the original stay at home order because she couldn't get her way in how the bailout bucks would be spent

Louisiana actually was one on the first stages to open gyms and barber shops....

We also opened indoor seating shortly after most other southern states

Pretty sure here in FL the gyms are opening tomorrow and we're going to 50% capacity too....I guess that's Phase 2.

Is Phase 3 (for all states) everything else not already open?

Yes and we are on track for phase 2 the first week of June. Your facts won't be welcomed here though as it ruins their narrative.

Arkansas has had gyms open for over two weeks.

Spas and massage therapists and salons opened last Monday.

Restaurants opened for dine-in last Monday. Bars associated with restaurants opened today.

Stand alone bars open the 26th.

We never required non-essential retail to close here, and never had a "stay at home" order. (Most national chains and most local retail did close, however except for the big boxes)

Our governor did a good job.

Just picked up a prescription for my wife at Homewood, AL .... Packed and only three of us wearing masks. It looked like a typical summer day.

Yeah, it’s been pretty great living in this state.
