Offer something other than “maybe not shoot him.” Okay, what?

Go.

Let's ask the great intellect of our time, Lebron James, for his hot take...

Tackled, subdued him and knelt on his neck?

Honestly, they should have either tackled or tazed him well before it got to that point. By the time he reached the hood of his car, take him out.

Just my opinion knowing it's a tough spot to be in for the officers

Practice jiu jitsu and put him in an arm bar

Tase him again, after they shot him.

Restrain him when they had the chance. Scared policing led to an escalation. That is, after the dumbass refused to comply.

My understanding is that they tazed him and he shrugged it off.

Your choices at that point are mace, a baton, or a gun, and two of those may not have been an option.

George Floyd BS leads to scared policing.
Crack him over head with baton and knock him out.
Everyone lives.

Did they? That's hard to believe it had no effect

Honestly? If you've never had to make someone bigger and stronger than you do something they dont want to do by force then you opinion on the matter is null and void.

Real life violence is scary. Super duper scary. Takes real men and women to deal with it. And all the sky screamers like LeBron and his ilk have never had to do that sort of thing. Ever.

Should've let him go then send a social worker to his home to discuss his actions over a cup of warm Chamomile and cookies

I'm told the social workers would have handled this more properly.

Was he tasered already? Also, you are 3 versus 1. Why wasn't he cuffed and sat down on the curb until the situation was diffused?

They did exactly what they should have done. He was being a uncooperative, violent thug. He got shot. The fact he survived just shows things don't always go the way they should

I disagree. People can have opinions and they are just as valid as your opinion
