They say they can’t trace the type burner phones from where the calls come from. I’m pretty sure that they would be able to trace the phone if it was a death threat to a DEM.

If 100% guilty, not the allegedly BS used, 5 years.
Also lawfare them into poverty, they made the rules.

Depends on the incident and outcome but at a minimum filing a false police report if nothing happens.

Again though penalties don't fix crime, plenty of people willing to risk it. The real way to fix this is by limiting police response to anonymous calls and requiring more investigation before they kick a door in guns blazing...

Some dudes swatted a random guy back in 2017. Dude walked out on porch to see what was going on and Cops killed him.

They caught the callers and one of them got 20 years in federal pen.
