1. Who did it?

My money is on the Royal Navy with the consent and assistance of NATO.

quote:

2. Why?

The same reason Cortez burned his ships. It’s about to get very cold in Europe and with two functioning pipelines, public pressure to resume buying Russian gas would have had the propensity to topple governments.

quote:

3. What will Putin and/or Europe do about it?

Putin will probably fire up the bot farms to spread a similar hypothesis. He’s likely going for color revolutions of his own design in the EU.

It’s yet to be seen what Europe will do, but German social media was supposedly trending #Kriegserkläerung - declaring the destruction of the pipeline an act of war by the U.S.

2. Removes bargaining chip for Putin. And the world suspects Putin, so double win.

3. European will be forced to increase, at greater cost, its import of natural gas from the USA.

I’m leaning toward US involvement if not outright responsibility for the Nord Stream pipeline damage.

Was the US Navy recently in the vicinity of the lines running drills or practicing maneuvers?

Hard to keep real details separated from total fabrications these days.

"In June, the U.S. Navy joined other NATO members for BALTOPS 22, a series of maritime exercises in the Baltic Sea near the Danish island of Bornholm — the location of the Nord Stream pipeline leaks. Among other initiatives, scientists from five nations tested unmanned underwater mine hunting technology.

All they had to do was set charges and wait for the right moment to detonate.

Originally I had ruled out Germany but there seems to have been a movement of the citizens demanding that their government negotiate with Russia. I would suspect their numbers would grow with the coming winter.

The destruction of the line would give the German politicians an easy out.

quote:

Thousands of protesters took to the streets in the northeastern German seaside town of Lubmin on Sunday, urging officials to put into service the halted Nord Stream 2 pipeline project that was designed to transport fuel from Russia to Germany.

1) US and friends

2) The tactical upside is that the US can now prevent Germany from caving on the sanctions against Russia so that the US can maintain its proxy war on Russia using the Ukraine and the EU as expendable assets.

3) something drastic

1. United States, possibility of another NATO member with collaboration of United States

2. To assert dominance over Russia, but to a greater degree our own allies. Specifically to remove incentive for Germany to enter into future negotiations with Russia in the event of large scale public outcry of German people over energy scarcity.

3. Not sure at this time. Do not know if any European nation can feasibly take a public stand against our actions as things currently stand. Until there is significant pushback from other European nations against the United States Putin will not do anything more than he would already be doing anyway.

Gazprom said they were shutting it down indefinitely, I guess they kept their word.

Did I do that right? Asking for a friend.

1. Russia. Drones were seen close to where the pipeline blew up. Only a few countries have drones capable of doing it. Russia has a Navel Base around 100 miles away with 42 warships, auxiliary and supply ships, and sub’s. Other countries even with high tech drones would have been on Russian radar. If it was on Norwegian radar it was on Russian radar.

2. They have at least 16 pipelines and Liquified Natural gas. The Nord Stream 2 not being certified and and Nord Stream 1 significantly being cut by Europe blowing it up doesn’t really hurt as much. They will be able to rebuild because they have huge insurance policy. South Stream is still going to Austria and Italy. They still have pipelines going to China, Turkey, Korea, and they are selling Liquified Natural Gas all over the world through different companies. Another reason it doesn’t hurt as much is because in January the Baltic Sea pipeline will be at full capacity from Norway to Poland thru Denmark. This will cut the amount of gas from the Nord Stream pipeline by around 2/3’s. Even with the 2nd Nord Stream western Europe has been cutting its reliance on Russian gas. By 2030 Europe will cut its Natural gas flow by 3/4. These are some reasons, but I don’t think anybody knows why Putin does the things he does.

3. Putin will blame it on sabotage by America and European countries. He will use it to gain support for Ukraine conflict and because he is a narcissist for his own approval rating. He has already started blaming the US because he says the leaks were in the US zone.

This is the most logical answer. With the pipeline gone, it removes Russia’s potential for negotiation and leverage to divide NATO states. Germany specifically. If the pipeline was on or operational during winter, Russia could dangle the pipeline and turning it on over the Germans. Now he can’t.

Regardless, the lefties are using it as more fodder for the “climate crisis” narrative.

They’ve really upped the ante on how complex of a clusterfrick they can build. This shite has to be exhausting for the frontline folks having to “connect all the dots” for us peasants to comprehend, but I’m sure Don Lemon will come out with how significant this past week has been for the imminent climate catastrophe upon us. I mean, we’ve never seen a hurricane of this magnitude, and now we have all that methane being released.

1 USA

2 Lots of reasons. Cuts off Putins leverage hand and ends hope he can bring EU back to the table against our will. We become the new Gas sugar daddy for EU. Price goes up. Profits.

3. Putin will take it as a sign that he now has to go full on asymmetrical. Expect the backbone internet cables around to world to get cut. Full blown cyber warfare. Probably on the ground attacks on the grid in the EU. Stuff like throwing chains into electrical stations and whatnot. Basically chaos and horror that will ultimately lead to a nuke getting fired somewhere and then we're off the map. No telling what happens.

Europe will start realizing they're our bitch when grandmas start freezing to death and they're not going to like that much.

Remember, we don't know who the hell is in charge of our government now. We don't know who's making the calls and putting them on the pedophile zombie's teleprompter. Could be Jill for all we know. But it's safe to say, it's not anybody that we elected.

Gazprom has a contractual obligation so no that dog doesn't hunt. Russia refused two brand new Siemens gas turbines last summer to replace the one that was down. Viola all are down by beginning of August.

Putin puts the USA on notice that all it needs is a fishing boat launching an undersea armed mine clearing drone in international waters. The US has by far the most pipelines in international waters in the world, all offshore Louisiana.

2. So that the German people can’t demand opening NS2 this winter when they are freezing their arse off.
