What kind of Republican would want to run for President in 2024?

Democrats will:
-Harass your family and associates
-Demand your financial records
-Declare you illegitimate because it was their turn
-Make up stories about you being a foreign asset
Who would subject themselves to that?

Jr would, the desire to fulfill your families destiny of destroying your enemies can be a strong motivator.

i'm amazed at the people my age who are a.) educated b.) making money who openly espouse support for frauds like Bernie and Beto. socialism has been tried plenty of times and failed plenty of times. i guess people are just largely ignorant of history and economic sense.

What kind of Republican
I think you know.
Better question would be is there out there somewhere another candidate not bought and paid for or leveraged in ways that make them just a puppet.

Hopefully, one with the same name as our current president, only the Jr. edition.

Wars are not won by killing more opponents, but by convincing your opponents that it's not worth it to fight back.
Democrats have made running for office as a republican so difficult in order to persuade people that the juice isn't worth the squeeze. In fact, they have since adopted similar tactics to convince people not to openly identify as a Republican in general, whether they're running for office or not. The reason is the same. It is much harder for republican candidates to campaign if republican voters are scared of social pressures, violence, vandalism, or potential economic pressure coming down on them if they openly voice their support for Republican candidates. This is what has propagated the so-called "silent majority". The silent majority is silent for a lot of reasons, but one big one is that they fear reprisals (socially, physically, and economically) for voicing their opinions in public.
The democratic party makes it hard to openly be a Republican, which convinces them that it is not worth the risk to resist the democrats. That is why they are often winning the war. Republicans campaign to be right. Democrats do so to win at any cost. Republicans are playing chess. Democrats are playing GO.

Hopefully, the Democrats will be so thoroughly decimated in 2020 that by 2024, their party as we know it will no longer exist. I'm hoping that it will become something a little more sane, or at least not flaming anti-American.
Well, one can hope anyway.

If Trump wins in 2020 a great troll would be to have a pic of Jr looking extra smug on a T-shirt with “TRUMP 2024” emblazoned under his mug.
Would trigger leftists so bigly.

Well said. I live in BR and have enough sense to not have a Trump sticker displayed anywhere. Leftists are deranged.

They are not ignorant. They are greedy as f**k.

This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who spends a moment thinking about it but there are those who seem to think it's odd--the rich don't suffer from the economic chaos of socialism. The reason is, of course, that the rich have the resources to weather such economic storms. It's also why people like me are so anti-socialism, precisely because we're pro-poor. For it is those poor who suffer from the idiocies which the imposition of the hare-brained plans of Chavez and Maduro impose upon a country.
For an example that is closer to home, look at rural Louisiana and rural Mississippi. "The poor" there are taken care of by the government with free pubic school, food stamps, welfare, and the "rich" have concentrated the wealth and can afford CPAs and lawyers to get around any tax law. The ones that suffer are the people in the middle class.

I think Sarah Huckaby sanders or Kelly Anne Conway would relish telling them all to frick off.

That’s been happening to Rand his entire career, and more. He’ll be in the ring
