What is the media creating? Saw a lady walking outside today

I passed by a middle aged healthy looking black lady in a Little Rock neighborhood today. She was out walking. She was wearing leggings and a had on a nice shirt for exercising. She wasn't the crazy homeless riff raff or anything.
She had on one of those disposable blue masks and a bicycle helmet.

I see people walking and driving alone with masks all the time and it's maddening knowing the population is this stupid.

I saw a teenage kid at a grocery store using HAND sanitizer as if it were suntan lotion.
HAND sanitizer.
Saw another kid with a mask and some sort of helmet on too. I just assume anyone dressed ' funny ' has a medical issue, possibly had brain surgery, and needs to keep their head protected.
Humans are weird.

She had that mask and a helmet on, but no stick or anything for a dog... something that could actually be a threat.
