I haven't abandoned any principles. My principle on illegals: deport them all. The Left has completely tapped me out of "giving a shite" so don't look for sympathy or empathy or generosity. frick all of that. Deport all of them.

ETA it was a bloodbath but proud of the team! It was my daughter’s first time playing and it turns out she’s pretty good.

She admitted to the sham marriage which is what screwed her, and she has filed appeals and used administrative actions etc. to drag this out. She should have left on her own (when the visa expired and after the sham marriage bid failed) and it is a shame she is still here. If she is actually deported, she deserves it.
You may say hate the game not the player, but she put herself in this position.

Suppose you are correct if we’re being forced into low IQ generalizations, which is apparently the case. I don’t “care” about this woman. I don’t know her. I’d simply prefer enforcement against people who are going about their illegal lives completely unimpeded in the open every day, as opposed to random old women who have been here since the Carter administration.

Because, although there is not much doubt that this current marriage is the real deal, her prior marriage was admittedly a marriage of convenience in an attempt to get asylum or citizenship. Since THAT was a sham, that disqualifies her from using this one.

What is the logic behind saying if you continually break the law for 47 years that gives you immunity from facing the penalities for breking the laws? Laws should be enforced. If you come here illegally you will face prosecution. Getting away with it for a year or 40 years doesn't make you legal.

And I'd prefer the good looking women be the last deported. That's a preference, just like what you've posted - and I don't have a problem with having a preference. My point is nobody should care about "preferences" like we're being played to care about preferences. The media is full of these stories for a reason.

You seem to be assuming that emotion is driving my position on this one.
It isn’t. It’s skepticism of the administrations true desire to deport everyone who is here illegally as opposed to performative action. Instances like this come off as seeking out low hanging fruit because they don’t want to go get half the roofing crews in existence.
If everyone has to go—this lady wasn’t in the easiest tier of people to dig up and deport. That would be every construction operation nationwide. But we aren’t doing that.
