What is the difference in alien enemy act vs normal deportation?

Basically, they are trying to use the AEA to just throw them out without the required hearings.
Trumps admin doesn’t want to follow and standard rules. They simply want to do whatever they want and claim executive privilege even though there are rules in place for a reason to stop this.
Both sides did this shite, but I find it hilarious that Trumpets seem to think it is okay when their guy does it but when the other side did it called it bloody murder and unconstitutional.

Time. Normal deportation takes longer unless a final order of removal has been issued.

No Trump doesnt want it to take 25 years to deport them.
DHS\ICE should setup tent cities in remote Arizona and New Mexico (there is already huge amounts of federal land there) and move all illegals there. Build some courthouses and begin the hearings.
If the illegals had to sleep on a cot and eat PBJ sandwiches for years until their case comes before a judge they would opt to return to their country without a trial.
They want jobs or free stuff. We should make it very hard for them to survive here. Make government funding for them illegal, huge fines for employing or renting apartments to them, etc.

Basically, the AEA allows the EXECUTive branch to EXECUTE laws passed by congress with less red tape. For example, a criminal alien who has had a deportation order duely processed since 2019 could be immediately deported without a second or third hearing. Whereas a previous EXECUTIVE might just chose to ignore the deportation order.
