At the same time, I definitely do not appreciate the childish personal attacks that arise solely from actual, substantive policy differences.
If you believe this makes me "spoiled," you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But I suspect that you were playing expensive travel ball, when I was out working in the fields.

I don’t know if this is true. Many times when someone has a different, non majority, point of view they are immediately attacked as a cuck, groomer, or some other ad hominem attack. It has happened frequently to me. That’s fine. I don’t particularly care, but most responses are not out to “educate” or debate as you say. They are simply to attack.
