You SHOULD know that Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, is in charge of security at the Capitol grounds. Both she and the DC mayor REFUSED Trump's offer of up to 10,000 National Guard to help secure events on J6. This isn't speculation or some tin foil theory. These are facts.

The FBI certainly took part. Or do you deny there were (assets, agents, whatever you want to call them) those infiltrated the crowds and weren't participating in an organic manner? And the call for the DC cops to randomly start tossing concussion and smoke grenades into the crowd, which only set things off, came from those NOT on the premises.
So responsibility comes from those who orchestrated the actions of the FBI. And that most likely was Wray, in coordination with Speaker Pelosi.
