I listen to all sorts of things. Why would I limit myself to just hive mind adjacent sources? Then I'd be living in an echo chamber. Real analysis (this applies to life in general; not just politics) requires listening to all sides. Otherwise you're living in forced self censorship and that sounds like hell to me.

Why would a pandemic not fall under that expansive mandate?
CISA issues infrastructure guidance for all sorts of issues without crises. Cite me the portion of the law restricting guidance during a pandemic
