It’s not an opinion. They are being persecuted for something they were 100% within their rights to do. A court not having ruled yet hasn’t stopped them from being arrested, taken to jail, and having to spend their own time and money to defend themselves.

Yes, it can work that way in cases where there is not clear evidence to the contrary. That is not true of this case.

There is very clear evidence that was publicly available before charges were brought that they were 100% exercising a constitutional right and doing nothing illegal. And yet they are being persecuted for it any way. That is most certainly a violation of their constitutional rights.

Man, I am developing some focus on this notion of yours that the Election will be thrown to SCOTUS, who will then establish Biden as POTUS in a case of obvious Judicial Activism.

If the Radical Left REALLY wanted to provoke We the People into violent reaction at this point in US history, this would be the way to do it. If some kind of "Insurrection" could be provoked after SCOTUS establishes Biden as POTUS, the Radical Left could REALLY mobilize FedGov military and law enforcement to do something that the American Left has dreamed of doing for over 50 years - utilize an "Insurrection Crisis" as the reason for FedGov to take Emergency Authority, including unilateral Authority to suspend the Bill of Rights.

The whole hypothetical scenario I've conjured is attenuated, I know. HOWEVER, I stick by my suspicion that the current Democrat plan is to: 1) win outright; or, if that's not an obvious outcome by Election Night, mobilize the Operatives that are in place to begin operations that will ensure that the Election outcome will be decided by the courts, and, ultimately, by SCOTUS.

The Dems must feel good about their prospects, if they can manage to throw the whole matter over to SCOTUS.

Lying about votes is one thing and doesn't mean sh!t.

Massive state to state changing of votes is something else all together.

It's why I hate electronic voting and it should be banned for all time.

Additionally, if they tried the scenario you propose, you'd likely see the mass unsealing of indictments/arrests that would've been otherwise released on a steady basis when the argument of "eLeCTsHuN intErfeReNce!" is taken off the table. That, or the military would intervene, and that's Plan Z.

Pelosi and her band of malcontents do not want Plan Z, I assure you.

The fact that they're appearing to be slow playing this tells me everything I need to know with respect to how confident DJT's team is about reelection.
