I'm not a leftist but I can probably help with this.

Your job is determined by need by the government and how your talent fits it. You can own a business but the government determines what kind of business it will be based on societal needs.

Pay is an allowance from the government where everyone gets the same amount.

All profits from all businesses go straight to the government and each business owner receives in turn an equal share in the profits.

All healthcare is free. All physicians and medical staff are paid like you and I.

Everyone has possession (not ownership) of the same amount of real estate property. Families are forced to have no more than 2 children. You can have less than 2.

Everyone's education is free. Paid for by the government.

There is free speech but it cannot be illegal speech. There is only one party and that party gets to decide which speech is illegal. The party offers 2 candidates. You get to vote for which one of the two you want to be in office. Whoever wins can do whatever they like but it must be approved by the party council.

Everyone must serve a few years in the military and may go back to civilian life afterwards. If you are ever needed however for any adventures the government deems as necessary, you must go and serve. At least you'll still get paid what you're getting before.

Everyone must go to the church the government chooses for you or not to any at all.

The media can present whatever they want but it must be approved by the party. All speech is managed by the party.

How awesome would this be? You just show up to work, do the work and don't disrupt the work and everything is taken care of for you.
