What did Biden accomplish on this recent foreign trip? 81 million voted for him, surely

Someone knows an accomplishment. Did he change anything? Or maybe the rest of the world likes us now that we are no longer mean. Did Biden change or accomplish ANYTHING?

He did provide with utmost confidence his complete inability to control the room . He proved without a doubt his ignorance and for sure people learned he’s not the one behind the levers. Also he managed to give Putin the 16 possible targets Putin’s people will need in the future

He showed the world that he could not engage in a 4 hour talk with Putin. But that should not come as a surprise to anyone esp. the press as he seems unable to give them much of his time for questioning.

I read an article yesterday detailing that Putin got almost everything he sought. How did the US benefit? That is unclear.
