If you know it’s murder of an innocent life then how could you think it should be legal?

I struggle with this, more as the years go on. I have virtually no argument.

On a more serious note, I used to justify abortion telling myself that the A was here to Stay, it's a personal choice, those that make that choice will have to reconcile it with their maker.

And, as a more cynical admission, I accepted it as an alternate form of birth control on the basis that, in the long run, it benefits my political alignment (i.e. less dim voters).

But, in probably getting older, and witnessing the latest celebration of abortion as almost a religion in and of itself, coupled with the other peripheral decays of our society has made me start to re-think the cynicism of my youth.

Something has to be done about fake news. They have no checks and can just say whatever lies they want without being held accountable.

Their fake narratives and glorifying of shooter has lead to a climate of more mass shooters.

95% of news is no longer facts but rather propaganda and it’s one of the biggest problems in this country.

Opinion probably coming from someone who thinks Trump is generally honest.

The problem with this country is we have too many stupid people living in it that can't distinguish between fact and fiction and the stupid people are breeding at a much faster rate than the moderately intelligent ones who have things like successful careers.

And I really don't see a solution.

I don't care that it would uproot families and cause mass protests by the left, but I support removing, by force if necessary, anyone illegally in this country, and arresting, charging and convicting, with the swiftness, any politician, law enforcement personnel or protestor that interferes in the administration of that law enforcement action.

I also believe that there should be a vibrant post-high school college educational system for each state that is taxpayor funded for four years, and that can provide avenues to manage aptitude in order to channel people out and into vocational training if they just aren't college material. The current system cuts out a lot of people without the means to attend who fall just below the threshold for scholarships. Our society would benefit from this.

W2 or some sort of retirement verification (to prove your previous employment) to vote. If you don't contribute, you have no voice.

I’m for expanding the death penalty.

Need to execute child molesters and violent first degree rapists as well.

I think you should have to be the child of 2 American citizens to be a US citizen by birth.

Can’t vote without being a tax payer.

Turn off the TV, twitter, and internet news sources and you'll feel more at peace.

The reality of life doesn't match the media centers and their propaganda/click bait machines.

The Pledge of Allegiance is fricking creepy.

I'm 100% in favor of poll tests.

I'm a big fan of ending blood lines that are proven to be problematic. To this end I support:

Immediate execution of anyone convicted with 100% proof (DNA, video, etc.) of any violent crime (including murder, rape, armed robbery, aggravated assault) or of anything involving abuse or neglect of a child.

Mandatory life without parole for anyone convicted of any of the above crimes but who do not meet the 100% proof guideline.

Generally in favor of increasing all prison sentences by about 500%. I don't care how crowded the prisons become. I don't want these shitbags walking free. Build more prisons. I'll even donate a shovel for the groundbreaking.

Mandatory irreversible sterilization for junkies. I could live with legalizing all drugs if this were the case. Let the junkies shoot up all they want, just don't condemn any child to that trash.

Mandatory irreversible sterilization for anyone offending a 3-strikes policy.

Reversible sterilization for all welfare recipients.

Yeah it's eugenics. Yeah it's not Christian. I don't care. We'd have Paradise within a generation.

Some others...

Hard labor in lieu of restitution.

Bring back duels.

I never even thought about it much before until a few years ago. As I've drifted more and more in to the libertarian camp, pledging allegiance to a government just seems totally insane to me.

Both sides are after the dumb vote, and i don't lose sleep when Facebook memes sways the idiots one way or another.

We need to figure out some kind of universal healthcare.

We are way to advanced as a nation to have people dying because they cannot afford medicine.

We keep looking to France and England but we probably should look to Germany.

* I want equal taxation. Everybody pays the same. Take the federal budget / population = your bill.

Since that will never happen, I'll settle for...

* No more payroll withholding. It's a burden for employers to free labor to collect the taxes for the government. I'm an employer not a f*cking tax collector.

And I'm tired of people not knowing what they are paying -or worse- thinking their "refund" is a "gift" from government.

Everybody writes a f*cking check every month so they know what their beloved government is costing them.

You want to be angry?

2018 budget? 3.8 trillion.

Population of the United States? 328 million.

That would make the average taxes assessed per citizen: $11,692.31

Approximately 45% of America pays 0 in taxes. 0.

If that 45% had paid just $100 per month in income taxes the federal government would net 200 Billion extra dollars.

Think about how many times that amount you paid in taxes in 2018? And how many times have you heard it isn't enough?

Yup. Family of four would be coughing up just short of $50,000/yr if we did this fair and equitable. All that "the government needs to..." suddenly goes silent.

Instead we're depending on pillaging just 10% of our population to fund almost all of it, and borrowing the rest of it.

While the "middle class" thinks they are getting screwed by the tax code, and all the tax cuts go to "the rich"

Maybe, I could get behind this kind of inequity if we said $1 taxes = 1 vote. But that comes with it's own set of problems...
