Decades of getting filtered daily news from Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, and Tom Brokaw. For a modern day equivalent, that would be like most of the population getting its daily news from Don Lemon and thinking it was moderate journalism.

Old Hippie Culture, and we had a elderly poster on here explain some of it. There is a loneliness factor in that demographic, There faimlies usually busy with there own life, and there is a need to feel useful and needed. Poster explained he did a volunteer thing it was the highlight of his week. Also MSM is how they always got there news, dont know how to navigate current tech and access data to research.

They also have huge white guilt ,they love Colbert, Kimmel etc and they love diversity. I had one guy tell me Trump was a perverted sexual predator despite the fact that he himself cheated on his first two wives. He didn’t even notice the irony of his comment. Crazy.

That’s not true. The boomer and elderly population lean conservative and republican. In fact, the older boomers are, the more conservative they lean.

Seriously start taking notice of the posters that create these kinds of divisive threads. Russia and China are absolutely trying to break down American society by race, age, religion, etc.
