You don’t really expect a black woman to follow rules like the rest of us, do you. Every black woman I have ever met had an attitude and acted like someone just spit in her coffee. They don’t think rules are for them. Maybe that’s why they can’t keep a husband, they are all mean bitches to them.

Blackitude
We really needed a better word because that term was used exclusively for black females.
I knew a lot of black female ncos and officers in my 23 years. As you can imagine there are plenty in the army. But I can tell you that I didn't know enough that I literally could even stand to be around to use up all my fingers in counting them.
But at least I was a male. the absolute most miserable experience you will ever witness is that of a young white female who finds herself with a black female NCO leader.

Seen that dynamic. Cringed reading/remembering it. Even my mom commented that that was a thing (she was a black female USAF officer...and even she'd get "blackitude" from select black female NCOs).

The black female is the most privileged person in the United States today and has been for decades now. All they have to do is semi-try and half arse apply themselves and doors will open for them all over the place. Every corporation, company, etc. is falling over themselves to hire black females in prominent positions.
Change the attitude, better yourselves, better your broken family culture, better your community, and stop blaming others for your own failures in life. Take some responsibility and grow up.

I was literally walking by a formation of troops when this black female E6 was just tearing the frick out of a young white E3.
Normally I wouldn't interfere because you don't know what it's about but I stood there for a few minutes and it was just completely out of hand.
And it was in front of God and everybody. So I stepped over and again because I really don't know what's happening I just asked what's going on here sergeant? And holy frick, she turned and bowed up to me like she thought she was going to fight me. Then start saying the only reason that I'm even stepping in is because the troop is white.
mind you at this point all I have said is the one sentence asking what was going on.
But anybody who knew me at that moment knew it was about to get bad for this bitch.
But I swear to God I thought for a moment I was going to have to knock her the frick out just to get her to stop stepping into me. It was like she'd lost her ever-loving mind and couldn't get it back

They will often tell you that they need special benefits because the Playing field isn't fair and they start off behind.
But I submit that in the race of life, I have to outrun everybody. Black women only have to outrun other black women.
